Resource's User tab

Explanation:

• This screen gets displayed after clicking on link Directory of left navigation bar, which displays the basic information of selected resource.

This is the Resource tab which contains name of all resources in tree view. User can see details of any resource by just clicking on any resource name.

This is User tab which contains some important information (i.e. Name, Title, Contact details and user status etc.) of selected resource.

Resource's Business tab

Explanation:

• This screen gets displayed after clicking on link Directory of left navigation bar and business tab, displayed on page. And its displays the all businesses selected resource is member of.

Selected Resource in resource tab.

List of business selected resource is member of with some important information i.e. business name, business type, number of project and number of people in particular business. Here user can double click on business name to view details.

Dropdown list of business. This dropdown list contains those all businesses selected resource is not member of. User can select a business from this list to assign selected resources. By clicking on displayed add button the selected resource get assigned to selected business. And now this added business will be removed from business dropdown list and it will display in above business grid.

This dropdown list contains role. If user wants to assign any resource to any business with a particular role, user can select a role from this role dropdown list before clicking on add button. By default resource get assigned as a Team Member role.

Resource's Project tab

Explanation:

• This screen gets displayed after clicking on link Directory of left navigation bar and project tab, displayed on page. And its displays the all projects selected resource is member of.

Selected Resource in resource tab.

List of project selected resource is member of with some important information i.e. project name and percent complete of particular project. Here user can double click on project name to view details.

Drop down list of project. This dropdown list contains those all projects selected resource is not member of. User can select a project from this list to assign selected resources. By clicking on displayed add button the selected resource get assigned to selected project. And now this added project will be removed from project dropdown list and it will display in above project grid.

This dropdown list contains role. If user wants to assign any resource to any project with a particular role, user can select role from this role dropdown list before clicking on add button. By default resource get assigned as a Team Member role.
