• In general, customers want to be able to run reports at the sub-project, project, sub-business and business levels. They want to roll up the reports, processes, and forms from the lower level projects into the top view. As an example, a customer who designs reports for lower level projects, would like to run the report at a higher level to get an overall view of all projects.

• In addition to PDF and HTML, have XML and CSV as an output format.

• Ideally, reports can be exported or saved to perform trending.

Cross-project (Project Portfolio) Reports

• For the cross-project status reports customers want to see information similar to the project portfolio workspace. They are looking to answer "What is the status of a set of projects?" See the Project Portfolio Status Report (see Sample Project RPT1 in Sample-Project-net_Data_Enterprise-Level-Reports.xls)

• Overall Project Schedule Report available at a business and sub-business level in tabular format would look like this:

Project-level Reports

• Project Timeline: print the project timeline with tasks
• Project Gantt: Chart print the Gantt chart
