Description

With the Assignable Forms feature a form can be assigned to someone, similar to a schedule task. A form assigned to someone generally represents work that person must do, therefore, information related to assigned forms should be included in reports covering schedule tasks in order to get a complete work load picture.

User stories

  • Users can optionally include assignable form-related information on the following reports:
    • Late Task Report
    • Tasks Coming Due Report
    • Work Completed Report
    • Over-assigned Resources Report
    • Scheduled Tasks
  • The reports can include schedule tasks only, assigned forms only, or both, together.
    • This choice should be part of the report properties.
