Description
The Project.net menu (currently on the left side of each window) is a growing list of commands with minimal organization and inconsistent naming conventions.
User stories
- Group related functionality by placing those items in sub-menus
- Choose consistent naming conventions for main menu items and sub-menu items. The current names are a mix of nouns (Forms), verbs (Scheduling), singular (Directory) and plural (Discussions).
Optional organization using existing wording
- Project
- Dashboard
- Directory
- Subprojects
- Setup
- Content
- Blog
- Wiki
- Documents
- News
- Discussions
- Forms
- Form 1
- Form 2...
- Scheduling
- Calendar
- Workplan
- Process
- Reports

Fast Solution
In the event that a quick reorganization cannot be agreed upon, (and better to reorganize from the top down) a layout solution that doesn't necessitate reorganization - condense the in-between space.
