Overview

Create a new feature in blogs that would allow the poster to send posts to specific people. Responses would be posted one level down from the blog post that was sent.

Goal

1. To draw people in to PNet as a central place for communication
2. To ease the flow of information in PNet
3. Prevent excess flow of information

Outline

Blog would function as it does currently with the addition of a ‘Forward To’ Option ‘Forward To’:

1. Brings up a list of all people with access to the particular blog. User selects the people to include in two ways (both can be used)
   1. Blog message to be sent to the Personal space inbox
   2. Blog message to be sent to users email address
      1. The email title would include enough information about the blog post so that a response to the email would be posted directly to the blog
         1. Identity verified by email address on return blog
      2. Manual entry of other emails allowed (though these people would not be able to respond directly to blog)
2. Items sent include a link that would bring the user directly to the blog post. Email might have to log back in
