BlogIt for Document :

BlogIt for document is the new feature for adding blog entry for document uploaded in Document Vault. Using BlogIt popup in Document Vault user can post blog for selected document. The blog will be posted in the blog of the current space with the name of the selected document.

• Current BlogIt image button in Document Vault –

• On clicking BlogIt image after selecting a document will open a popup window as shown below –

• First upon it will load number of blog entries of selected document if exist, to show in a link.

• If blog for current space is not active it will be activated before posting the entry and while activating the blog following status will be displayed on popup –

• If selected document already having blog entries posted earlier then the link for viewing existing blog entries will be shown with number of blog entries as below –

• On clicking View Existing Blogs link following page will be shown with only blog entries of selected document –

• If there are no blog entries for selected document but the blog is active then following message will be displayed as it will be first blog entry –

• When blog entry is posted for selected document, by clicking BlogIt button on popup window, status message while saving the blog entry is displayed as below –

• This message will disappear after the blog entry gets saved successfully.

Note :

• BlogIt for document in project space works same as in personal space.

• BlogIt for document in business space is currently not active since the blog for business space is also not active.
