Explanation:

• Using this screen user can view reservations of resource for particular project.

This drop down list holds all businesses list, user is member of.

This report shows project reservation in percentage for all resources who are member of selected business from selected start month year to next eight months. By default it displays data for all resources of all businesses user is member of, from current start month year to next eights months. But user can filter data on the basis of business and start month year.

• This report shows the project reservation which are entered in reservation entry report (by resource / by project)

• There are three category of resource for particular project and month as ‘reserved’ ‘under reserved’ and ‘over reserved’. If any resource has zero percent reservation he will be ‘unreserved’, having more than zero but less then hundred percent reservation then will be ‘under reserved ’ and having more than hundred percent reservation will be ‘over reserved’ resource.

• ‘Total’ is sum of all months reservation of all project for particular resource.

• ‘No of Project’ column is display number of project which is reserved under that particular resource which displays in ‘Total’ row only.

Green cells indicate that the resource is unreserved (not reserved to any projects) for that month.

Yellow cells indicate that the resource is reserved but less than 100% for that month.

Red cells indicate that the resource is reserved more than 100% for that month.

Data Explanation:

The resources that are reserved or assigned between a times periods are displaying here. Here resource 'Dustin Kassman' is displaying with 66.67% reservation for RM_Project1 from month feb08 to Sep08, which is saved in 'Reserved by Resource' report. The resources who have no reservation but assignment or zero percent reservation are also displaying here with blank reservation.
