Explanation:

• On this screen user can view details of the cross project assignments of all resources who are members of selected business in selected period of start and end date range

This drop down list holds all businesses list user is member of.

This grid shows the assignments of resources who are members of selected business for selected period from start date to end date. The assignments shown here are the tasks assigned to the particular resource when the task is created in the project which belongs to the selected business. Some more about this report is as follows,

• Resource name are displaying in purple rows, total is displaying in gray row and other rows are showing assignments of the resource.

• The order of displayed resource names is shorted by last name.

• ‘Total work’ column of this report displays the total assigned work hour for selected date range only. Here the task’s start and end date is not correlated to ‘Total work’ column.

• Column ‘Work complete’ and ‘Work Remaining and ‘Work % complete’ is also for selected date range, same as ‘Total Work’ column.

Data Explanation:

For resource 'Dustin Kassman', Date From 1Feb08 to 29Feb08, there are three tasks (Summary: Widget X, Specification and Implementation) in RM_ Project1. He is assigned 50% so he will work 4Hrs (50% of 8hr or total working hr in a day) in a day. Now in report,

• Task 'Implementation' from 23Feb08 to 12Mar08 (total 49Hrs) and in Feb (23Feb08 to 29Feb08, total 5 days to work) it is 5*4 = 20Hrs only.

• Task 'Specification ' from 4Feb08 to 13Feb08 (total 29Hrs) and in Feb it is all 29 Hrs.

• Task 'Summary: Widget X' from 4Feb08 to 15Apr08 (total work 199Hrs) and in month Feb (4Feb08 to 29Feb08, total 20 days to work) it is 20*4 = 80Hrs only.

Similarly for month March(1Mar08 to 31Mar08)

• Task 'Evaluation' form 28mar08 to 7Apr08(total work 22Hrs) and in Mar08 (28Mar08 to 31Mar08, total 2 days to work) it is 2*4 = 8Hrs only.

• Task 'Concept' from 26Mar08 to 28Mar08(total work 10Hrs) and in Mar08 (26Mar08 to 28Mar08, total 3 days to work) it is 3*4 = 12Hrs which is more than total work so it is 10Hrs only for the month.

• Task 'Implementation' from 23Feb08 to 12Mar08(total work 49Hrs) and in Mar08 (1Mar08 to 12Mar08, total 8 days to work) it is 8*4 = 32Hrs which is more than total total work 29Hrs(49Hrs total - 20Hrs of Feb.) so it is 29Hrs only for the month.

• Task 'Summary: Widget X' from 4Feb08 to 15Apr08(total work 199Hrs), and in Mar08 (1Mar08 to 31Mar08, total 21 days to work) it is 21*4 = 84Hrs only.

The same calculation procedure is followed for all resource and all month calculation.
