Reserve by Resource:

Explanation:

• Using this screen user can reserve the project by selecting drop down in grid to the Selected Resource in percentage for any of the 8 months period displayed.

This drop down list holds all businesses list, user is member of.

These are the resources who are members of the Business selected, loaded on change of Business without refreshing the page.

These are the projects of selected business and loaded when the user selects the business, start month – year and clicks on View button. By default this combo box will hold the projects of all businesses user is member of. These projects could be added in existing grid by just selecting project and clicking on add.

This is the resource reservation in selected date to next eight month of selected resource.

• By default it will display the data for first resource of resource list and current month year to next eight month.

• This report is editable so reservation value could be update by just clicking on displayed value.

• The column ‘Until end of project’ is to give same reservation to all displayed month of that particular project for selected resource.

• Total row gets refresh on change of any value in grid.

Data Explanation:

The Projects which have assignment between Feb08 to Sep08 to resource 'Dustin Kassman' is displaying by default. We can give some reservation value to selected resource for the projects.

Here 66.67 percent reservation is given to resource 'Dustin Kassman' for proejct1 from month feb08 to Sep08. The reservation value can not be greater than 100% and but total percentage can exceeds 100%.
