General

Project Improvements

  • Quickly see what has been going on in a project by looking at its Activity Log, which includes direct links to the activity itself.

Workplan

  • Edit the workplan directly, in place
  • Choose which columns of task information to see in the workplan's left-hand pane.
    • Click on a column header to sort the workplan by that column.
    • Easily re-size and re-order the columns to suit your needs.
  • See a task's or milestone's blog entries, wiki page and properties in the workplan's Right-hand pane. The pane is easily hidden when not needed.

Recording Work

  • Personal Time Sheet gives the users the option of recording time worked and blog entries for more than one task at a time. Users still have the option of using Blog-It to enter time for an individual task.
  • Time Submitted report shows all time entered through Blog-It or Timesheet for all projects and resources in a business.
  • You now correct previous time entries by imply entering the correct number of hours.

Wiki

  • When reviewing the history of a wiki page you can compare two versions of the page.
  • You can now rename a wiki page.
  • We have improved the wiki's performance
  • New wiki tags let you refer to information from the project.

Forms

  • Shared Forms are business-level forms that can be visible projects in the business. Form records created in a project are visible in both the project and the business.
  • Search form records using form meta-data (who created the record, when it was created or last modified, etc).
  • Form lists can now include form meta data, such as who created the record, when it was created or last modified.

Improved user management

  • Business Directory management feature lets you add or remove users from several businesses or projects at once.
  • Redesigned user interface for inviting users to a business or project reduce the number of steps and make it easier to add an existing Project.net user.
